While we endeavour to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we acknowledge that return
requests may occasionally arise. Please review the following Return Policy, which outlines
the conditions, eligibility, and procedures governing returns and refunds.
Order Cancellation & Return Eligibility
All purchases with EnCstore are final and are non-cancellable and nonrefundable,
and an exchange is allowed under the specific circumstances outlined below:
- Exchange is permitted only in cases where:
- An incorrect item is shipped (i.e., an item not ordered by the customer), or
- The delivered product is defective.
- Products that are determined to be unsuitable for a specific application, or that fail to
meet customer expectations due to factors outside the stated product specifications or
recommended operating environment, shall not be considered defective and will not
be eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.
- Special Order, custom configured (as per customer request), discontinued, or obsolete
products or products where the Serial Numbers do not match the referenced invoice,
will not be eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.
- This Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased with EnCstore.
- Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless all items in the
shipment are confirmed to be incorrectly shipped or defective. In such cases, shipping
cost will be borne by EnCstore.

For any exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original
packaging with product manual, warranty card, etc. as received. All returns must be
authorized through an official Return Ticket issued by EnCstore.com.

Any return submitted without a valid Return Ticket issued by EnCstore.com will not
be accepted.
Refusal of Delivery
Any shipment refused by the customer at the time of delivery shall be deemed abandoned.
Refused shipments will be returned to the sender at the shipper’s expense and therefore No
Refunds will be issued for orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer.
Return Authorization Process
- Customers must contact our Customer Support team within 3 calendar days of
receipt of the order to request a return.
- The request must include relevant order details, such as the order number, product
name, the reason for return and valid evidences in the form of images/videos.
- Upon review and approval, our Customer Support team will issue a Return Ticket
and provide instructions for the return process.
Refund Process
- Upon receipt of the item for the exchange, EnCstore.com will inspect the product to
verify its condition, original packaging, and resale eligibility.
- Items for exchange/replacement will be shipped as per product availability. If the
product is not available, the customer will have to wait for product availability (not
exceeding 30 days).
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time
of purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account,
calculated from the date the returned product is received and approved.
