A coaxial connector is a type of electrical connector used to connect two coaxial cables. Coaxial connectors are used in electronic equipment to electrically and mechanically connect two coaxial cables. The connectors are designed to maintain the shielded environment that the coaxial cables provide. These high-quality coaxial adapters offer reliable, long-lasting connections. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and precisely meet your requirements. It is entirely compatible with all common coaxial cables and is extremely simple to install.

Coaxial connectors are designed to maintain a specific impedance between the two connected cables, which is typically 50 ohms. This impedance matching is important in order to minimise signal loss and ensure that the signal is transmitted correctly. There are two types of connectors: male and female. Male connections feature a projecting metal pin in the middle, whereas female connectors include a receiver to accept that protruding metal pin.

The main types of coaxial connectors are the BNC (Bayonet Neill–Concelman), TNC (Threaded Neill–Concelman), N (for "nut and bolt"), and SMA (Sub-Miniature Version A). The BNC is the most common type of coaxial connector and is used for many applications, including video and RF applications. The TNC is similar to the BNC but is not as common. The N is a larger type of connector and is used for high-powered applications. The SMA is the smallest type of coaxial connector and is used for very low-powered applications.
